Change of Mind

Because perfumes are personal-use products, opened or used perfumes generally cannot be returned simply because you do not prefer the fragrance or have changed your mind.

We strongly recommend using our fragrance descriptions, recommendations or Discovery Set to explore fragrances before purchasing a larger bottle.

Store Credit

Approved store credit:

• Can be used toward a future Sign Fragrance purchase
• Is generally equal to the eligible approved amount
• Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
• May be subject to applicable terms communicated at the time of issue

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used perfume products generally cannot be accepted for return unless the product itself is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.
